ila, orange & redcurrants – helping keep the winter sniffles at bay.
Redcurrants might be small, but they’re tiny little powerhouses of vitamins (esp vitamin c) & minerals.
Serve with cinnamon french toast for a perfect xmas breakfast or brunch.
INGREDIENTS
ila
ice
reducurrants
orange (peel)
METHOD
Crush a few redcurrants and drop into bottom of your chosen glass. A gentle squeeze with your fingers is enough.
Add couple of thin strips of orange zest.
Fill the glass 1/3 full with ice.
Gently pour your ila onto the inner side of the glass.
Garnish with more redcurrants and a small twist of orange peel if desired.
